Requires FA BCG and H3 buffer 5+ oz for 5.56/.223 or heavy 10+ oz buffer for 9mm.  Weights must rattle inside buffer to replicate the OG Colt Mil-Spec.

*** Some have great results using H2 with 5.56 or 8oz and a spacer with 9mm.  If you have issues then use the OG Colt Equivalent. ***
