Most of the time folks just need to use the AZR provided disconnector with their AZR-15M2 or a Mil-Spec Trigger with the M2 or on rare occasion for the A1 they have an upper pocket that is out of spec and they need to clearance the A1 hammer just a shade so it does not contact the AZR unit as the TM calls for.

Rest assured we want you out having fun with your new AZR Product as much as you do thus if there happens to be something wrong with your AZR Product we here at ARIZONA REGULATOR ® will absolutely make it right.

 

Due to numerous instances of 100% properly functioning AZR Products being sent in to AZR under the AZR GPF Program.  As well as NON AZR Factory Parts being sent in to the AZR Authorized Service Center under the AZR GPF Program.

 

For your safety AZR must now require you visit an established and qualified Gunsmith with your AR, AZR Product, and AZR Instructions /azr-tech-manual/ prior to contacting AZR about the GPF Program.

 

AZR will only ship GPF Program items to or from an Established and Qualified Gunsmith that is located in a good to go AZR ship to location. NO SHIPMENTS TO OR FROM RESTRICTED AREAS.

 

Upon the Established and Qualified Gunsmith certifying your gun is on par with the AZR Benchmark AR, and following the AZR Instructions for the AZR Model /azr-tech-manual/ if they have issues we here at the AZR Factory will assist the Established and Qualified Gunsmith with the AZR Instructions via email.

 

Keep in mind here at AZR we physically use the Daniel Defense Factory Built DDM4V7 as our Benchmark AR. Thus if the issue you experience does not happen in our DDM4V7 then there is no issue with the AZR Product the issue would be in something else that is beyond our control.

 

Which is why we require you to see an Established and Qualified Gunsmith as they would be able to confirm whether or not your gun is on par with the DDM4V7 we use.

Should there be an actual issue with an AZR Product after the Established and Qualified Gunsmith certifies your gun and follows the AZR Instruction we will send over an AZR GPF Form.

 

Once the GPF Form is completed and sent back in we can and get the AZR Product in for Inspection at AZR HQ or one of the AZR Authorized Service Centers.

 

If we find that the AZR Instructions were not followed or the AR is not on par with the AZR Benchmark AR DDM4V7 then you do not qualify for the AZR GPF Program.

 

 

All Determinations made by ARIZONA REGULATOR ® are final.

The AZR GPF Program is very straightforward.

 

AZR Product goes to AZR HQ for Inspection or one of the AZR Authorized Service Centers and per the AZR TM Manual gets dropped into the DDM4V7 then it goes to the on-site range for live fire same as we show our products to do here on our site.

 

If for some reason something isn't right we make it right and you receive back a live fire verified AZR Product that has functioned properly in the Std Mil-Spec AR and we pay for everything to include shipping both ways.

 

If it happens to work properly as we show our products to do then you cover the cost of live fire function verification plus shipping each way.

 

Now that's Good Old Honest American ways right there folks.  If its our issue then we absolutely take care of it.  If its not our issue then there isnt alot we can do about that.

If you happen to see folks on the interweb claiming to have issues make sure to let them know we will do live fire function verification to ensure they have a perfectly functioning ARIZONA REGULATOR ® all they need to do is contact us.

 

Rest assured they either do not know about our Guarantee of Proper Function.

 

Or

 

They actually refused to allow AZR to have the AZR product sent to the Service Center so we could enusre the ARIZONA REGULATOR ® that we shipped to them works perfectly.

 

Which is typical when they are trying to use AZR products in manners we did not instruct in the TM Manual.  They know our product will function properly in an in spec Mil-Spec AR down at the Service Center but it will not do what they want it to do in their NON-MIL-SPEC Gun.  Well that's how it goes folks. This is not a "diy make your own adjustable system" use our products as we instruct and you will have zero issues.

 

 

Typically you may see this on the interweb due to one of the following:

 

1.)   The AZR Factory Instructions were not followed. 

 

2.)  Which includes attempting to use AZR Products in manners that are not in our Factory instructions. 

 

3.) Not familliar with the AR Platform parts and or internals and we referred them to their Local Gusmith for hands on assistance for their safety.

 

4.)  Not having an actual Mil-Spec AR. They have something with non-standard internals which are not compatible with the OG Colt Mil-Spec Operating Parameters.

 

 

It really is that simple.

 

AZR products work properly when our Factory Instructions are followed in a standard in spec Mil-Spec AR.
