We do not accept mail in payments from Restricted areas. Regardless if they use ship to addresses outside of those Restricted areas.
Mail in orders are filled and shipped before units are added to the site for click and buy card orders.
Written instructions and Tech info pages are printed and sent with each order.
Your original order envelope and its contents less the payment you mailed to us is returned to you in the box with your order. This is done to increase your privacy and eliminate additional shredding and disposal at our office.
Everything folks need to know is on the form. You only need to send in the first page. The info on the rest of the form is put there for upfront honest clarity and general info as we know folks will send the form to others who may never come to the site and read the info here.

Mail in Orders get picked up at the Post Office on Fridays. Your order is reserved at that time. Payments process and deposit first part of the next week. Orders ship soon as payment clears.
We do not track mail in orders. To check status look to see if your payment has been deposited. Once you see it has been deposited the order will ship within a few days via USPS Small Flat Rate Box.
You can always email us for status to see if we recived your order yet or if it has shipped out to you already.

WE DO NOT CARE WHAT NAME OR WHAT ADDRESS THE ORDERS GO TO AS LONG AS THE PAYMENT CLEARS. IT COULD SAY SANTA CLAUSE AT THE NORTH POLE AND IT WILL SHIP.
IF IT SAYS SANTA CLAUSE NORTH POLE ON PAYMENT AND THERE IS A SHIP TO LOCATION OR NAME OTHER THAN SANTA CLAUSE AT THE NORTH POLE WE WILL REFUSE THE ORDER.
ITS SIMPLE DONT OVER COMPLICATE THE MAIL IN ORDER PROCESS FOLKS.

2) RESTRICTED AREA ORDERS = SENT FROM, ORDER SHIP TO, PAYMENT FROM RESTRICTED AREA(S)
3) SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR US TO PICK ORDER UP
4) QTY ORDERED EXCEEDS QTY ALLOWED PER CURRENT ORDER FORM
5) DUPLICATE ORDERS = SENDING MORE THAN ONE ORDER PER WEEK
6) PEN CHANGE INFO ON CHECKS = DO NOT TAKE SHARPIE AND BLACK OUT THE ADDRESS = FLORIDA ETC CHECKS WITH RESTRICTED AREA BLACKED OUT
7) PEN CHANGE INFO ON CHECKS = DO NOT WRITE ADDITIONAL NAMES ON TOP OF THE CHECKS ABOVE OR BELOW THE NAME PRINTED ON TOP LEFT OF CHECK
