We have recieved Official Communcation from USPTO
The U.S. Patent is in a Shall Issue status
Prosecution on Merits is Closed
A bit of paperwork formalaties left to go
Then we shall recieve the U.S. Patent Number for our ARIZONA REGULATOR®
We wish we could say more or have said more in the past two years since we released our Regulator. But please keep in mind that until we reached this point of basically "shall issue so lets do the rest of the formal papers" we could not say much about alot of things pertaining to my Invention(s).
