ARIZONA REGULATOR® U.S. Patent Update
We have received Official Communication from USPTO
The U.S. Patent is in a Shall Issue status
Prosecution of the Merits is Closed
Thus our Letters Patent Pending have been deemed Patentable by USPTO
A bit of paperwork formalities left to go
Then we shall receive the U.S. Patent Number for The ARIZONA REGULATOR®
We wish we could say more or have said more in the past two years since we released The Original Regulator on July 4th 2024. But, please keep in mind that until we reached this point of basically "shall issue so lets do the rest of the formal papers" we could not say much about a lot of things pertaining to my Invention(s).
It would behove those whom have been stealing my Invention(s) to stop now.
Once the U.S. Patent Number issues the C&D Letters shall be Served to their Personal Names as the Physical Theft has been perpetrated by those Human(s) Act(s). Fortunately moving in this direction puts thier personal assets in play as well to recoupe our economic loss. We do not look forward to any of this but we have all of them dead to rights Infringing our Claims.
As I have stated numerous times publicly over the past two years.
We Invented the Drop In Style S.F.T.s that you see nowadays. We created our own Single Funstion of the Trigger System that does not Infringe on others IP.
There are ways to create your own without stealing anyone elses IP.
Be creative and welcome to the Industry the more the merrier for America.
Be a Thief and well we all know where that will lead, its a dark place where you have no where to run to.
