We manufacture all of our ARIZONA REGULATOR AZR Units in house on our machines from Bar Stock as we always have done.
Drop in and run in Std Mil-Spec AR with Tight to Standard Tolerances.
Same AZR-15A1 Combat Trigger J.D. drops into his Daniel Defense MK18 and Colt A2.
This is the exact same Combat Trigger J.D. developed in his A2.
The first one worked perfectly so after a few thousand rounds here we sent a run of these to proving grounds around the Country last fall for long term use and ran those all for another 10 months.
Thousands of rounds and zero issues arose during long term proving
Requires FA BCG and H3 buffer 5+ oz for 5.56/.223 or heavy 10+ oz buffer for 9mm. Weights must rattle inside buffer to replicate the OG Colt Mil-Spec
Some have great results using H2 with 5.56 or 8oz and a spacer with 9mm. If you have issues with what you decided to go with then use the OG Colt Equivalent and you will not have issues.

The ARIZONA REGULATOR AZR-15A1 COMBAT TRIGGER SYSTEM requires the operator to physically disconnect the trigger from the hammer to fire the next shot, legally.
Works in standard Mil-Spec AR platforms - Lowers with high shelf, low shelf, no shelf, narrow pocket, wide pocket. - Uppers with oval pocket on underside - NO COLT BLOCK IN LOWER
No modification of trigger, upper receiver, lower receiver, FCG, or BCG required
Perfect timing engineered into the ARIZONA REGULATOR. Timing never needs adjusted
Originally developed for 5.56 and 9mm Mil-Spec Ammo
Will work with other calibers that run a Mil-Spec type full auto BCG configuration

AS PER OUR INSTRUCTIONS YOU MUST USE A 10.00 OZ BUFFER WITH 9MM AS THOSE ARE THE PROPER LENGTH TO ENSURE THE ORIGINAL COLT TIMING FOR THE 9MM COLT MIL-SPEC GUNS IN MAINTAINED. THE 10.00 OZ BUFFER OVERALL LENGTH IS THE EQUIVALENT OF THE OG COLT 2 PIECE 9MM SMG BUFFER AND THE COLT BUFFER TUBE INSERT THAT USED TO SHIP WITH COLT 9MM KITS.
